The reason is simple, you can always use more good people, plus the advertisement of company growth is nice. We are extremely picky not settling for the low hanging fruit, instead looking for the MCSE that enjoys help desk or the software engineer capable of banging out algorithyms in his/her sleep. It's alot easier saying NEXT after an interview then you're fired to an employee. I don't believe it's the law for new companies to post jobs but it makes sense. "Hey look at us, we're a new company hiring people from the neighborhood, buy our stuff." My advice to propective hires and job seekers, do a self analysis. Are you conforming to society? If you have tatoos or piercings cover them up, long hair give it a trim, bad/negitive attitude get positive and do your homework research the company.
