Junos is great, it was only by chance I had exposure to Juniper. Tried to buy ~50 ASA's some time ago when Cisco was having bad supply problems and couldn't postpone the project so we opted for Juniper SRX's instead. Love it, have since started replacing other equipment with Juniper as well. -

Yes, JunOS makes much more common sense than Cisco's antiquated IOS. I just which Juniper would release a free JunOS simulator equivalent to Packet Tracer. Now that Junosphere is out, I don't suppose they ever will.

I heard they will next year. Watch out for vSRX. it's like GNS3 and it's gonna be suitable for JNCxx exams. since srx does almost everything, it will be a great arsenal to have in a lab by any engineerJNCIE | CCIE | GCED -

If this is going to be free, i cant wait.
However if it's going to be consistent with Junosphere pricing (IIRC $50 for 10 virtual routers, 24 contiguous hours) then meh.
