I would say you'll most likely have ~5 questions on them. -

I usually just post a diagram somewhere where I see it often. I had to more or less bruteforce the information.
Flash cards could work too. -

Agree with MSP. Either post it somewhere that you can easily see it, or carry some sort of diagram around with you. Eventually it soaks in. -

Another way is to take the time to create one or more tables that make sense to you and then recreate them from scratch regularly. This repetition makes them sink in a little more. -

Yes. Memorize them.
Best way is to make a table in my opinion. And study the table repeatedly. And as Darril said, try to recreate the data on the table - even if you only do it in your head.
You might not get a lot of questions on them, but it's one of the easiest parts of studying for the Net+ - just a little menial.Goals for 2018:
