different juniper sessions

this isnt exam specific but just a question if anyone who knows the answer.

Some of our users support external clients. They have been provided with a juniper webpage where they login and can click on a link and connect to a terminal server for remote support. This works fine. The issue arises when they have to connect to another external client using a completely different version of the juniper gateway. As soon as they launch a terminal server session from external customer 2's webpage, its kills the terminal server session from customer 1. Is there anyway around sessions being terminated when launching a session from a different gateway?

Not sure if that makes any sense...

Is this on a Juniper SA or MAG device?

hmm, I'm not too familiar with the SA devices, or MAG for that matter. There might be a way to do what you're looking for, JTAC would probably know. I'd recommend opening a ticket with them.
