Exam overall was pretty straight forward, except for some of the vague wording in 4 or 5 of the questions
. Anyways, used Exam Cram 2/Preplogic/Testout as study aids, and 3 yrs. exp. in security/sys. admin. field. Now, on to ITIL Foundations... woo hoo .
