DFV1 one word, MeasureUp. You could probably just use MeasureUp if you actually research all their links in the explanations. Every single one of those MTA's can easily be done in 1 week each.Bachelor of Science, Information Technology (Software) - WGU -

I just finished up my first term... I started off full steam and lost it midway through when I got a new job and my schedule got screwed up. I only killed 14 CUs. I have to refocus.

Are these the MTA's?
DFV1 Web Development Fundamentals
DHV1 Windows OS Fundamentals
DIV1 Windows Server Admin Fundamentals
DJV1 Software Development Fundamentals
CVV1 Database Fundamentals
Edit: I just did a check and Web Technologies is not part of the MTA exams. -

I am scheduled to start feb 1. I hope i can make quick progress and learn a lot on the way. I felt like i was too old to start an IT degree until i seen some of the successful people on here. I have a passion for technology and appreciate this forum. Thanks. -

Yep, I'm 37 and just started WGU this month, you whippersnappers!
I submitted task 1 of LUT1 a while ago, I sure hope it doesn't get sent back for revisions because that was a chore! And my mentor liked my AIV1 pre-assessment well enough (53/55) to let me take a swing at 70-642. Hopefully I can take that early next week.Started WGU - BS IT:NDM on 1/1/13, finished 12/31/14
Working on: Waiting on the mailman to bring me a diploma
What's left: Graduation! -

I know this is a bit late but congrats Nolaj! I've had a super busy month so I haven't been able to check in. I more or less started on the first and I wasn't set up with a academic plan until the end of the first week and then my mentor decided to change that next week and put me on MGC1. While I am enjoying being enrolled in class, this material is extremely dry lol. I did end up taking a pre-assessment to gauge where I was at and ended up with a 65% without studying/taking any prior classes or knowledge. I'm hoping to bang this class out soon and start knocking out some of these general ed classes as well. Any suggestions as far as planning out classes that will kind of feed off each other. Id like to save the IT certs/classes for more towards the end that way its "fresh". -

Status update for anyone wanting to get the MBA from WGU
Just hit the half way point through Leadership and will only have two courses left including the capstone. This course is a great one to start off with. It's one of the easier more enjoyable courses, unlike decision analysis or financial analysis. -

Yeah tech and cap were pretty fun, actually getting to write about something you want to write about. I'm still going over in my head what to do for my MS capstone myself, debating on expanding upon my BS capstone or to go in a new direction.WGU BS:IT Completed June 30th 2012.
