We have a problem with out VOIP service provider: a lot of times calls don't go through to the point that our clients started complaining. I was thinking of maybe bringing it in house but I am not sure what it involves. Could somebody please shed some light on it? What equipment will I need? How the incoming outside calls will get routed to me and etc? A link explaining the full setup will suffice as well.

    This would be a decent amount of work to get numbers ported to new trunks and a PBX setup. It would depend on how many sites, how many users and so on. Give me a PM of your specs and I can go more in detail.
