640-802 CCNA and 200-120 CCNAX?

I'm currently taking a four module class that goes until mid-October that is preparing me for the 640-802 exam. Will I be able to just sit for the 200-120 exam? What changes can I expect, or are the new changes really for 100-101 (640-822) and 200-101 (640-816)? In case you're wondering, the modules go:

Module 1: Networking Fundamentals
Module 2: Routing Protocols and Concepts
Module 3: LAN Switching and Wireless
Module 4: WAN Technologies

My goal has been to take the CCNA 640-802 exam in October when the class finished up then move onto CCNA Voice. Trying to figure out who the new exam structure will change that goal, or if it will change at all. Any inpur will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You need to cover up new topics which are added to 200-120.
If you can, then go for it, otherwise don't!!

for what i have seen the new icnd2 exam has a lot of new content which is not covered by the old materials. like multi area ospf, etherchannel, in depth eigrp. so since the last day to test for the old exams is september 30 i would suggest that you concentrate on the new icnd1 in october and then start building on that foundation.
    And then, I started a blog ...

I think it is obvious that CISO will change CCNP tracks in next few months. Other they are going to have overlapping syllabus.

Cisco is changing its certification tracks every year, however you should go for 640-802 exam. But it costs US$295 worldwide. In order to avoid failing and loss of money you can get up to date training material online.
