Capability Maturity Model (CMM) stages

I'm finding conflicting sources for the levels of maturity for the Capability Maturity Model. From the official CBK and wikipedia, it says the levels are Initial, Managed, Defined, Quantitatively managed, and Optimizing. In the Eric Conrad and AIO book, it says the levels are in this order, Initial, Repeatable, Defined, Managed, and Optimizing. I'm worried about this question being asked on the exam. What am I missing to help me better understand?

From the CMMI FAQ:

Maturity levels apply to your organization’s process improvement achievement in multiple process areas. These levels are a means of improving the processes corresponding to a given set of process areas (i.e., maturity level). The five maturity levels are numbered 1 through 5. The maturity level applies to the scope of the organization that was appraised (e.g., three projects, a department, a division).

This article form the CMMI Web site would suggest that none of those sources has the correct names for the five maturity levels: People CMM Evolutionary Improvement Path - CMMI Institute

Perhaps the maturity levels were named differently in earlier revisions of the CMMI.
