Need help in upgrading my MCSA 2003 to 2012

I've kind gotten side tracked with life, and I'm wanting to get some things accomplished and get back track while I'm in the Philippines.
I want to upgrade my old MCSA 2003 to 2012.
I think I want to upgrade first to 2008 and then 2012...thoughts? What tests are needed for that?
Do I even have enough time to complete this upgrade? I read things are expiring.

With the amount of time and the number of exams you would have to complete before the end of the May, I would suggest just taking the 3 exams for the Windows 2012 MCSA. I imagine it would be a lot easier. -

I thought the upgrade exam was expiring in July..on the 31st. I was thinking the upgrade from MCSA 2003 to 2008 was on exam, and that would need to be completed before July 31 and then I could slow down and focus on upgrading 2008 to 2012. Is that not the case?

You are correct, I had the dates confused with the second shot promotion.
TS: Upgrading from Windows Server 2003 MCSA to, Windows Server 2008, Technology Specializations
You'd had to pass this exam before July 31, 2013. Then take 646 to get the upgrade from windows 2003 MCSA to MCSA 2008 (unless you do both exams before July 31, then you would get MCITP:SA and MCSA 200

MrAgent has it. You take 648, to achieve 2x MCTS, then 646 to achieve MCITP (by 07/31) & MCSA, then 417 to achieve MCSA 2012. From there, you can work on MCSE Server Infrastructure or Private Cloud or both, if that's your plan.
