What looks really cool in code academy is the non track content.Work in progress: picking up Postgres, elastisearch, redis, Cloudera, & AWS.
Next up: eventually the RHCE and to start blogging again.

I like their stuff.
It's generally easy enough to read and go through on a break and the points system provides some incentive to continue on to the next excercise/module.
I like how the language is friendly, it almost feels like there's a coach sitting right next to you . -

I've been using the SQL training for business metrics and it's taught me a few things. I've been sitting on my couch for ~2 hours running the training the morning. It's easy to get lost while coding, it's a lot of fun. in fact I was on it last night and spent ~2 hours, I need to hit the breaks and go work out and get things done.
