For QoS look at the QoS exam certification guide by Odom. If you already have Routing TCP/IP volume 2 there is some good multicast info.An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made. -

Both of those books appear to be 10+ years old, but I assume they are like the Cisco LAN switching book and are still considered top picks on the subject matter? -
