Now that I'm currently on a break from studying within a box (cert topics) I'm wanting to broaden my knowledge regarding infosec tools.
Today I discovered the tool "Volatility" which is a memory forensics utility. I have never even heard of that before today. Does anyone have any good documentation they can provide I like for Volatility? Or anyone care to share your list of tools you love the most for pentesting, forensics or vulnerability assessments? I know of most of the widely-known tools out there but I'd like to dig in deeper. If it comes to it maybe we/I can compile a master list of documentation on some good infosec tools.

Scapy is still my favorite "lesser-known" tool for pentesting. Not a whole lot of good documentation here. But enough online to get you started. Once you start playing around with it, its not too tough to figure out new things. The sky is the limit. -
