    BST is GMT +1 hour.
Really you should be asking wherever you're trying to book the exam.

    Thanks.

Time difference I know. My question is, as I am in India and selected IST in my profile then it should show me in IST.

Suppose at the time of selection if it is 15 th July 01:00 pm (IST) I selected; in BST it will be 14 th July 06:30 pm. Confusing....

Rceipt was showing my exam will start at 6:30 pm BST

    Regards,

I know IST as Israeli Standard Time (UTC+2).

I wish some network device manufactures in Israel would use GMT/UTC as the default time zone on their UNIX/Linux-based devices and not IST/IDT. Harrumph!

Also India Standard Time and Irish Standard Time. I'm sure the Icelandics might also have it ;)

It really is a silly thing for them not to have it in the local timezone, or where it spans multiple zones it should include them.

I assume the selection would say "IST (UTC+5.5)" for India to remove any ambiguity with Israel and Ireland, which both have DST as well, but India apparently does not. BST is either British Summer Time (formerly British Standard Time) or Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). Yeesh...
