At first I was a bit worried about this one.
But it’s pretty strait forward.
If you take the exams objectives and make sure you know the topics then there is nothing to worry about (you won’t get any strange surprises, since my option is that they are well outlined),
For study material I used:
MCSA/MCSE Self-Paced Training Kit (Exam 70-284): Implementing and Managing Microsoft® Exchange Server 2003 (MS press)
And
Implementing and Managing Exchange Server 2003 Exam Cram™ 2
I used the transcender web access as prep software. Just make sure that you Understand why it’s correct/wrong on the transcender and you will get a long way.
The exams that you already passed will help you as well (due to the overlap in EG: AD, IIS, DNS ….)
I hoop this helps you a bit,
(It’s pretty difficult to give you some info with out breaking the disclosure agreement, hoop I didn’t).
Just my 2 cents
Good luck
Kind regards.
