Freeware client for multicast practice?

Anyone know of something out there that's free and that uses multicast? I've found the multicast stuff to be the most challenging of the BCMSN exam so far. It would be cool if I had some hosts actually performing multicast on my network.

    try MGEN (from the navy if you google it)

    Crude and Rude (for linux) is something I'm planning to look at (but haven't done yet)... so if you have linux boxes and some time... :D

    And there is always the Microsoft Servers and windows media player...
