I passed with a score of 895. 
Like some others have said before,
I thought I hadn't done very well until I saw the final score. I did a lot of
second guessing and reviewing of my answers! I studied for a solid three
months and used approximately 2.5 hours of my exam time.
Anyway,
I used MS Press book 70-290
MS Practice tests
MS TechNet
Exam Cram book 70-290
Exam Cram practice tests
Home lab with 2003, XP, and 2000.
