Another pass
I took it today and passed with a 831. I used Todd Lammle's book and CBT Nuggets videos. I thought Lammle's book was going into much more detail than needed, but the CBT videos were very helpful and even fun to watch.
I did have a technical issue with one of their "performance questions". I was supposed to configure something (not going into details) but nothing on the diagram was clickable even though it was obviously supposed to be. I was about to call the test center guy when I tried hitting 'Reset' button and it worked.
So if you load a 'performance question' and can't click on anything, just hit Reset.
Now moving onto CCENT!

I had the exact same problem nearly a year ago. I know which question you are referring to, I nearly panicked when I couldn't click and move. Thankfully, the proctor was able to assist with it.
