Hello,

how can i store all the logs of a router in a normal widows pc?

is it possible to make a normal windows pc to a syslog server? do i need any addtionai software for that?
And what sud be the configuration in router?

if possible, please help.

    Yes (google or check download.com or tucows.com)
    logging <ip address of syslog server>

    Kiwi makes a great free syslog daemon for your PC:

    http://www.kiwisyslog.com/index.php

    Like Mike said, on your router, you need to configure:
    logging <ip address of the pc with syslog daemon>

    But also:
    logging trap debugging (debugging setting will give you the greatest detail, but you can set any severity. Type in "logg trap ?" to see your options)
    logging facility local0 (or local1 thru local7)
    logging source-interface <interface you want to use as the logging source>

    you can even have you're linksys thingy send syslog to it ......
    rm -rf /
