For those that have sat the 70-417 exam, a few questions:
1. I have heard that the test is broken down into three mini sections for each exam. Do you have a time limit for each section or do you just finish when you finish?
2. Is it true that when you finish one section there is no going back?

Yes, the exam's broken up into 3 testlets and each section is individually timed. Your end passing score is the lowest among all three, so if you scored 900, 800 and 700 - your net score at the end is 700. But who cares, right, as long as you pass?!
Yes, you cannot go back after you complete one section. There are no breaks between testlets either. You should be done in about an hour and 20 mins or so. -

thanks for the info. I wonder why MS waits till the end to give you the grade for 3 seperate modules when you could have failed the first one?
For example, if i fail the first section, wouldnt it be in MS interests to stop the exam there and then rather than letting you see the rest of the exam? -
