New release of PCI 3.0

For folks who are interested in or doing credit card security, the PCI-DSS and PA-DSS have been updated to version 3.0 from 2.0

You can find the latest versions here, along with a summary of changes - https://www.pcisecuritystandards.org/security_standards/documents.php

The new standard will be effective Jan 1, 2015... so for folks doing audits next year, they can still be on v2.0.

Let me rephrase. The standard is effective Jan 1, 2014, but you can still be audited against 2.0. You have to be on 3.0 in 2015.
