in CCNA Collaboration
i have installed cme 4.0(2) and now i try to add ip phone spa303 and it cant be done its like cme doesnt know about those type of ip phone i tryed command load firmware it doesnt work i also tryed with CCP same thing again

please help me

    Are you running the 303 in SIP or SPCP? on CME 4x you wont be able to use SPCP but if this were a UC500 series then you could.

    You can turn it into sip and use voice register pools
