I have a bunch of message that were created in outlook 2003 that need to be converted so they can be read in outlook 2002. How can this be done?

PSTs generated by OL2K3 should be readable by OL2K.

My understanding was that they are not backward compatible. O2K3 can read pst files from O2K, but not vice-versa.
All things are possible, only believe.

If the OL2K3 used the updated PST, you can create a compatable PST and copy everything to it.

Just checked. In Options|Mail Setup|Data Files, you can add a 97-2002 compatable data file (PST). I thought they had started the enhanced PST with 2002, guess not.
