Exam questions and materials on this site worth studying?

Hello Hello, First time posting and brand new, I would like to use this site along with the D. Gibson S+ book, with this site I would like to use the exam questions and port memorization exams questions, just wanted to know if this is valuable and up-to-date info to be using to study with. I ask because I see many many recommendations for books, videos, and such but I haven't seen anyone say anything about this site's content, Thanks a lot.
