Has anyone mastered mW <-> dBs conversion?

With the OCG not being around yet, I'm struggling to find a good source to learn about this.

    I believe that Keith Barker goes over it in the CBT Nuggets CCNA-Wireless videos that I've been watching. But like you, I'm waiting for the OCG to come out later this month, too. Still, these videos really explain the concepts in a great way.

    I'm curious - are you just looking to complete the CCNA-Wireless, or are you going further?

    For wireless, I'll stop at CCNA. For security, I'll go upto CCNP.
