With all due respect to the ITIL authors on this forum :p all I used was CBT Nuggets and some random glossaries from the Web to make sure I knew key definitions. Make sure you get the ITIL 2011 version of the CBT Nuggets. Michael Shannon did a great job. Taking really good notes helped. I think I got through them in 2-3 solid days full-time. I don't think the Foundation exam is worth stressing over or spending a lot of time or money, especially if one is not interested in the Intermediate certs.

Excellent! Ill use CBT and internet then :)

Cert Poor: Its encouraging to hear that it took you 3 days, ill give myself around 5 to 10 days to pass this exam while i am still on holiday, it should not be very difficult. Wish me luck!

Can anyone give me the link to objectives and the Key definitions i need to know. Thanks.

Too funny I clicked on your "Cert Poor" link thinking it was a website.
