No "IP DNS Server" command on 2600 Router?

Hi Everyone, I have been banging my head against this for 2 days. I am stuck, I would like to set up my 2600 Router as a DNS server. From what I see on the web, I need to use this command: IP DNS Server. But that does not appear to be an option on the 2600. Please advise. Thanks! Node Man

What is the type/version of IOS you are running? You'll get that from doing a sho ver at the console. -

Its no IP name-server 8.8.8.8 < ---- example for Google's public DNS
