Is your company hiring (sponsoring) foreigners?

I often read about the skills shortage, that the H1Bs ran out quickly... However, I have never heard of anyone that was granted a visa.
As most of you are from US, I'm wondering whether or not your company is hiring or has hired foreigners.

One of the previous companies I worked at did. They were actually pretty cool and sponsored for his girlfriend too so she could come be with him and gave her a job.
Current one I have no clue. I don't understand half the stuff they do here

It's not a common practice at my current company. Some past employers have been really open to bringing people on visas though.An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made. -

Larger companies usually have a more lenient policy on sponsoring visas. I know Waste Management has sponsored visas in the past. You might also look at MNCs with an office in your current location.Hit me up on LinkedIn - just mention you're from techexams.
