Check out the exam information and topics for the INTRO exam here
    http://www.cisco.com/web/learning/le3/current_exams/640-821.html

That will give you an idea of the topics covered by the exam (and estimated time and # of questions).

There is an exam demo before the exam to get you familiar with the types of questions that will be asked. That demo is also available online at the CCNA Prep Center:
    http://www.cisco.com/go/prepcenter

The direct link to the Exam Interface Tutorial (a.k.a, the pre-test demo) is here:
    http://forums.cisco.com/eforum/servlet/PrepCenter?page=BigSnippet.PrepCenter.PrepCenter_jp_100-004_exam_interfacetuto
You may have to login first (or create an account at the Prep Center link above).

Subnetting is THE SKILL you need to learn, so if you don't have it down, check out these sites

    Learn To Subnet
    http://www.learntosubnet.com

    Practice Subnetting
    http://www.subnettingquestions.com

If you haven't checked out the Cisco Career Certifications and Paths web page, you can find that here:
    http://www.cisco.com/web/learning/le3/learning_career_certifications_and_learning_paths_home.html

The INTRO exam link from above is under the CCNA link on this page. There also may be some information here you've never seen in the "Featured Links" section.

Access lists are mentioned in the CCNA exam and ICND exam blueprints -- but not the INTRO blueprint. And looking at the INTRO blueprint, even closing one eye, I couldn't pick out a topic line that could even hint at access lists......
