Cisco 1841 Router - DHCP with statics problem

I have a comcast modem going into fa0/0 it has a static public IP from comcast. I have fa0/1 connected to a 24 port unmanaged switch and configured to hand out ips to clients workstations using a dhcp pool on the 10.1.10.0 network. I have 14 other public static Ip addresses I want to be able to set on a few servers/workstations. How do I setup two dhcp pools or something so I can set some workstations statically with a public address and other I can have them obtain an address privately.

    Normally, I would create 2 VLANs (1 for servers and 1 for workstations) and configure RoAS [at the router]. But, this requires a managed switch (Cisco 2950 or 2960 for example). You could also rather than handing out public IPs to those servers, assign them private IPs and then create a static 1:1 NAT for each of those IPs on the router.
