Need some adive on a dilemma im having

So i have been interviewing with two companies recently and one of them send me an offer. I am more interested in the other company but they continue to send me into interviews (this would be the 3rd interview). Do you guys think i should take the offer from the first company or pass on it and see if i land with the second company?

    See if you can get some time to consider while you try to go through the process with the other one.

    I would contact the company that you like most and let them know the situation. Tell them you have another offer in hand but would rather work for them. Ask if the process can be expedited at all or if they can provide any more insight into whether or not they plan on offering you the position.
