MCSA: Windows 8 any carry over to MCSE?

Not sure if I'm just not seeing it or if there truly is nothing beyond MCSA with this exam and doesn't include any prerequisites. Thank you!!

    Nop, that's the end of that track.

    MCSE 2012 : Desktop Infrastructure is a completely seperate track with deifferent exams.

    Unfortunately not. It's still good to have, however, because all of the Server 2012 R2 stuff presumes that you have expert knowledge in Windows 8.1 and the new technologies that were released since Windows 7.
