Please advice me the books I must read for passing and securing good marks in this paper.
Also, advice me the best book for practicing labs in 2012?

The exam ref book for 2012 R2 will give you a very basic overview of the objectives. It's a good starting point but you'll need more, and make sure you get the R2 version

The Mastering book Maitai mentioned is very well written and contains a lot of good information. You will have to dig for what you need in this exam though as it covers way more material (may be useful in higher level exams too)
