How do you know if a interface is set to auto or a static setting?

I am trying to study and have a question regarding Full duplex vs auto vs speed settings of interfaces. My question is this; how do you know if a interface is set to auto or if its been statically set. My running config shows no clue and nor does my show interface below are the outputs of both. Is it assumed that the setting is auto unless specified?

in advance thanks!

Show ruconfig
!
interface Ethernet0
ip address 10.247.214.161 255.255.255.224
ip tcp adjust-mss 1452
hold-queue 100 out
!
