If the degree is accredited, sure. The list of certs is impressive but without any experience you still wouldn't be considered at the same level as someone who has earned them with the working experience to back it up.

Actually, looking more closely at the page it says "For students that wish to pursue industry certifications, courses prepare students for certification such as" which I'm assuming means you won't actually do any of those certifications as part of the program. So, having a few networking classes, and taking the CCNP are two very different things. I'd try to get clarification on that.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. This is the degree that I will be going for, B.S Information and Computer Technology (Computer Networking Concentration):

This is the training that I will get for my MOS in the Army:

    Army Logistics University - Courses

Would this military experience along with the degree open up doors for me in the I.T sector once I get back in the civilian world?

That degree looks like a longer more robust AAS since its heavily focused on the technical areas and has limited math/english/arts. But if thats what you want to do and they offer solid classes then you would have a lot of networking knowledge by the end of it. Paired with military (which MOS?) you will be set up for success providing you have the time to finish the degree. Are you already in the service?
    CCNP R&S, Security+
    B.S. Geography - Business Minor
    MicroMasters - CyberSecurity
Professional Certificate - IT Project Management

My MOS is Automated Logistics Specialist, but this mos will require me to work with SASMO, which is technical support or "tactical sustainment network design and hardware/software troubleshooting for Sustainment Information Systems and Medical Information Systems".
