Guys,
Does any one know how much time does it take to form complete neighborship status between 2 routers (OSPF and EIGRP)? I am not talking about the hello, or keepalives. I need the time that it would take to form the full neighborship from the moment the 2 routers are connected to the moment they start routing through each other.

That's kindof a vague question, as there are a lot of variables you haven't listed.
For both, what's the speed of the link they're establishing the neighborship over and the size of the tables they have to exchange?
For OSPF, the network type will have a major impact as well, as the broadcast and non-broadcast types will wait to elect a DR.Latest Completed: CISSP

If we assume all conditions to result in the fastest time, what would it be?
