I noticed a posting for a pretty hard to come by infosec opportunity (for the area I live in) and am wondering if anyone has any experiences with

I've been a federal employee (non-DOD) and currently work non-federal private sector, but I have very little exposure to the DOD/intel contractor world. Anybody have anything they can share??
