By having a thread of available jobs, you're not helping the job seeker help themselves. The job seeker should be actively looking for work. Again this is my opinion. Sure you can ask questions..Anyone hiring in this state ect...? Please review my resume ect. However, having a massive job thread doesn't do much good. If someone wants to post a job at their firm, then they will. They should do this in the IT Jobs/Degree forum. Job seekers should browse that forum daily to look for updates. I agree with techfeind[b/] that linked in would be better suited for your request. There is a tech exam forums linked in group. I just see a sticky jobs thread or sub forum creating a lot of uneeded noise on this forum.
