Can MCSA windows 7 be achieved with..

I have a MTA windows operating system cert.. is this an indicator that I could pass the MCSA 7 despite having no working experience in IT?

MCSA desktop can be achieved without a whole lot of difficulty without experience and it's a great one to have on your resume when you are trying to get into the field. MTA is a much easier test and it really can't be used as an indicator for mcsa.
