There is not a particular format, but there are some items that need to be on there (dates of employment, contact information for job). After you pass, you will receive an email stating what should be on your resume. I just added what was asked for to mine and was good to go.

So would providing the contact information for HR be enough since they can provide the dates and titles? Or do they want the direct manager?
