Hi all,

Since, i would like to become an ITIL expert. However, i have question about the sequence of life cycle module. which course should I take it (Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, and Continual Service Improvement) first? is there any difficult for those courses?

    Hi holunking

We normally recommend our delegates start with an area of the lifecycle that they're familiar with - for example many people have a good knowledge of operations so Service Operation/OSA can be a good place to start. Strategy and CSI tend to be the areas of the lifecycle people are less familiar with so it makes sense to leave them to later on.

If you start with an area you're familiar with you can focus on exam technique and study techniques that will be helpful when you come to less familiar lifecycle areas.

    Good luck!

I also found Strategy and CSI to have most overlap with MALC so doing those last may help you out with the final.
