Passed the CISSP this past weekend

in SSCP
I studied for three months using a variety of resources:
* CISSP Exam Guide by Shon Harris
* The 11th Hour CISSP by various
* The Official (ISC)2 CISSP CBK
Last week I took a 6-day (ISC)2-approved boot camp, with the exam on the 6th day, and I passed. I have 15 years experience in UNIX/Linux Systems Administration, 2 years experience in a NOC, and 1 year as a Cybersecurity Auditor.
I was the only female out of 22 people who took the exam that day.

Which practice exams did you use?Alphabet soup from (ISC)2, ISACA, GIAC, EC-Council, Microsoft, ITIL, Cisco, Scrum, CompTIA, AWS -

That's kind of why I mentioned it. I've been in the business a long time, and I keep hoping to see more women, but more often than not I'm the only one, or maybe 1 of 2.

Luckily I sit next to a manager who was able to do the endorsement portion for me. I faxed the info to (ISC)2 yesterday and received email confirmation that they had received it a couple of hours later. Now to wait!"It's so stimulating being your hat!"
