Information about Syntel Inc (Blacklist)?

I had a phone interview with the HR and technical lead at Syntel, and if they like me, they are going to fly me to Arizona to train (this is a software developer position) for a couple of months before they set me up to work for a client. I have been doing a bit of research on the company, and the reviews from past employees are not good to terrible. I have been searching for jobs for about a month, so this looked light at the end of a tunnel, but, now I'm having doubts of whether I should take up the offer, if they give it to me. I also read that they are blacklisted as a software company.

If you've only been looking for a month, you still have plenty of light from the entrance of the tunnel. Seriously, a month is not much time to be looking. I don't know anything about Syntel, or your current job situation, but don't be in a hurry to take the very first job offer that comes along if you think you might be unhappy with that choice.
