    CCENT-->CCNA Voice and lots of lab time on CUCM, UC and CUPS. Might as well learn jabber while your at it. Need to know all the ins and outs of PBX systems and learn about SIP trunks. Tough gig to get into cause the Voice guys never leave companies.

    CCNA Voice is moving to CCNA Collaboration, where they are moving voice and video together. They are right. Just start with the basics.

    I would recommend N+ > CCENT > CCNA > CCNA Collaboration (if your starting with very basic knowledge)
