Ok so i was wondering what books would you all suggest to start with. I have no IT background other than just learning bits and pieces of information that i have studied on the web. I have the whole CCNA book set ICND1 ICND2 but i found that there is a lot of material that i am not familiar with that it assumes you are already familiar with. I seen that a lot of people here on the forums were suggesting Net+ for a bases. I looked into purchasing CompTia Network+ All In One Exam Exam10-005 By: Mike Meyers it seems like it has good reviews i just wanted to check here to see if this is the best one or any others that would be suggested. Looking forward to your responses :).[h=1][/h]

Ive heard the Mike Meyers books are good. I used Todd Lammel book for N+ and used only his book and passed. My votes for Lammel real easy to understand and easy to read. Whichever you find best for your style will work though. Good luck

Darril Gibson, David L. Prowse, and as many network+ simulation exercises you can find.
