I can take this test and it count for me, and possibly just have to study the new material for the other tests? Thanks in advance. I am sure that is it, but want to be clear.

If I take the old BCSI, and then can't finish any of the other exams before 12/31, will the old BCSI still count towards CCNP if the rest of tests I take are the new versions? I kind of wanted to start looking at BCSI, but this mucks things up. Also the lab equipment is going to be a problem, because I really don't have a ton of extra money to spend. Are the 2500/2600 series routers even on the new exams at all, or is it all the newer equipment?
