First post here, wanted to post because I found this site and used some of the network + practice exams to help nail down some material I which I think helped me out. I found the 3 practice exams which included one specific to the OSI and one specific to known ports very helpful in remembering what ports were for what service and what services / hardware was on which layer of the OSI.
I used the MOAC book and CBT Nuggets videos + measure up exams as the bulk of my study material. Studied for about 2 weeks, hadn't taken an cert exam in 12 years (got my A+ back in April 2003). Passed with an 87. Likely going on to MCSA for Server 2012 now.
