The more you have, the better.

The CEH wouldn't prevent you from getting a job so go for it if you are interested in the material.

The CEH is a good cert to have in the security field. Best way would be to do a job search on IT security jobs in your area and see if jobs are asking for that cert. I have no idea if it's looked at the same in Sri Lanka as it is here.
