IP Load balancing
Has Cisco removed the ip load balancing feature from their routers? telling me command is depreciated, but I cant seem to find any replacement for it.

Cisco does load balancing now days through CEF, and it does this by default on a per-destination basis. So you don't need to turn it on. Of course this is also dependent on the network and routing protocol you are using. Here is a good article for you.

Sorry you are thinking of data flow load balancing like routing protocols and such.
CISCO use to have a feature you could use called "server load balancing" (sorry should have put that in the title), here you could create a virtual server and give it an IP and then configure you real server IP that you wanted load balanced, like a pair of web servers. then when users tried to connect the router would load balance the connections to the "physical" server based on things like, round robin, least connections, and physical server status (if a server goes of line pass traffic to back up server).
CSICO say to use an ACE module but these are expensive, and the IOS server load balancing feature was a nice cheap / easy way to get server load balancing running when you have a low usage situation. We have door access control so the throughput from card readers is low like a 5-10 connections per second of a few packets each. Purchasing a F5 or ACE load balancer is a bit over the top, they can deal with upwards of 15gb/s and 10,000 of connections, where as I need some thing that can do may be 50-100kb/s and 10-20 connections.- If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough.
