Hell yeah! I got a job as a cable technician for Crystal View Technology. I run cables and hook up servers. I haven't had much time to study for A+ like I used to. My job is more network related than pc hardware. icon_cool.gif

A job ,no matter what, fits you well if you're happy with it. Some executives don't like thier 6 figure incomes while others appreciate their few dollars.

I used to love cutting of connectors from the old coaxial cables back in the days. Was a little kid.. so a friend of mine gave me a job for 2cent/per hour for cutting off conectors and making new ones (after school of course icon_wink.gif ) icon_lol.gif .

Cheap job... but I could still buy 'Bubble Gum'. icon_lol.gif and I was happy with it.

Cool dubbs. Its a start at least.

I was just out your way too. Spent this weekend at the "El Governor Motel" in Mexico Beach. I plan on making that trip again and again when I get the chance. It was friggin beautiful on that coast compared to my side (Jacksonville).

Congrats on the job. Learning how to run and terminate cables is a good trait to learn. I have came across a lot of techs that are really technical but could not run or terminate a cable to save their life. I get a lot of jobs handed off to me because of this. Congrats on the new job!
